W4RES 5th Progress Meeting in Thessaloniki

W4RES partners met in person for the first time in Thessaloniki (Greece) on December 1.

This meeting aimed to discuss the evolution of the project, its challenges, and upcoming plans: the Work Package leaders discussed the actions that had been conducted during the previous semester and planned for the next six months.

W4RES will support 37 new women-led energy projects in 2023 and build policy recommendations to increase women's participation in Renewable Heating and Cooling.

W4RES held its final event as part of “RE-Energising Europe”, a two-day event on 24 and 25 October in Brussels where 7 EU-funded projects (BECoop, Micat, NEWTrends, NRG2Peers, UP-STAIRS and NUDGE) joined forces to organise joint-sessions focusing on energy communities, energy efficiency, energy behaviour, gender equality and new trends.
