Anamaria Magri Pantea is founder and Managing Consultant of Ascend Consulting. An economist with specialisation in finance and holder of a Master in Business Administration, she has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation and business development support, as well as access to impact finance through grants, credit and equity investments. Her experience covers EU projects and programmes structuring, their management, evaluation for funding decisions and monitoring of effective implementation. Anamaria worked extensively with various EU and UN organisations, as well as various inter-governmental and national programmes in support of research, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
Lydia Papadaki is a PhD candidate at the Athens University of Economics and Business (Scholarship awarded by the Academy of Athens). She is a researcher at the Alliance of Excellence for Research and Innovation on Αephoria (AE4RIA) participating in several EU-funded projects. She received her M.Sc. in Economics and policy of Energy and the Environment at University College London (UCL), and her BSc (Distinction) in Economic theory and policy at Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Her main areas of interest are economics, innovation acceleration, behavioural economics, circular economy, blue growth, systems innovation, stakeholders’ engagement and sustainable development.
Dimitris Raftopoulos operates as a Project Manager for EU Affairs at ECWT. He has 20 years of experience in the areas of conceptualization, design, implementation, management, and evaluation of European Projects. He has deep knowledge on niche Human Resources Concepts such as Chaordic Leadership, on Gender Diversity and Digital Jobs. He also has a track record of more than 200 projects from various funding sources. He has dedicated his professional experience to human and entrepreneurial development with focus on combating gender segregation issues in the working environment and increasing women’s employability through reskilling and upskilling. Dimitris held several managerial roles and participated in various Board of Directors and Scientific Committees. He publishes regularly on the topics of “The Digital Agenda” and “Women's Entrepreneurship”. Being a social person with a diverse set of skills, he is a frequently invited keynote speaker, moderator and quoted in the media.
