Energy Neutrality – EN@Homes

Teodora Polimerova

Energy Neutrality - EN@homes focuses on promoting know-how and concepts for energy efficient RES technology investment in households, private buildings or city quarters via self-investment or via “Energy cooperatives” formation. Specifically, the project aims to engage more people and reduce their carbon footprint as well as address negative effects of climate change in a sustainable manner.

Its specific objective is to provide citizens with support and guidance during the process of implementing energy-efficient RES technologies in their homes through the establishment and maintenance of permanent civil services.

W4RES's partner, the Energy Agency of Plovdiv (EAP), assists this project in assessing the financial options available to finance their ideas/projects. Furthermore, the project will be supported in its networking efforts at the local and hub levels. Additionally, EAP coordinates trans-project coordination and knowledge sharing with other hubs.
